Great lighting and she is gorgeous. +1 for a tighter crop. ditch the top part of the image it is distracting.

I like the processing, but I too agree with a tighter crop.
I'd consider some post on the dark circles, too. Not meant in a rude way, of course :)

Should try with a telephoto lens, and look direct into the lens again.

I like the lighting but you might want to soften the bags around her eyes as that's where my eyes tend to shift to.

I like the crop and the vibrancy in the redo. The other looked a lil dull. You could mask out the green from the trees and grass and just make her a little more vibrant but that's just me being picky. Still looks good
