I all of the sudden see 3 specks of dirt, hair, dust or somthing through the viewfinder of my XT. I took the lens of and still see it. I do not see any evadence of the specks on the glass inside body or on the pictures im taking. Where is the dust ect since I dont see it on the pictures or on the inside body?

Probably on your prism. If it isn't showing up on the images, I wouldn't worry too much.

For the record, I would just leave it be.

You've already answered your own question! :)

To expand on the above and give you something a bit more useful, it's (most likely) just dust in your viewfinder. If not in the vf, it could be on the mirror or focusing screen.
Either way, don't worry about it. It won't affect your shots.
After a while, you won't even notice it.

The debris is probably on the underside of the focusing screen (which is directly above the mirror).

The ONLY suggested way to remove the debris is to use a handheld air blower such as the large Giotto's Rocket Blower and blow puffs of real air at the focusing screen.

DO NOT TOUCH the focusing screen with anything, as it is very easily marred.

DO NOT use "canned air", as it can damage plastic things (including the focusing screen) if you get any of the stuff coming out of the tube in droplet form. "Canned air" is absolutely NOT air.

"Title should be specific and describe the content of the post. Just posting "a question", "help!" or "anyone?" will not get as much as attention and helpful replies as "Lansdcape DoF question", "How to paint white lenses black?" or "Need an assistant in Sydney"."
