Sorry I can't identify the flower but I love the rich yellow colour against the blue background.

Seeing that flower isloated more from the intruding BG stems etc, would really have left the bloom front and center.Yep, its jasmine.

I think it's a portulaca bloom. They're succulent plants that do well in hot, hot sun and will survive without a whole lot of water.

In looking again , yep, I think you got it correctly, very similar flower, but those little rounded leaves should have clued me in:D

Actually, I think it's more commonly and more accurately known as flowering purslane, a creeping trailing plant that makes beautiful baskets and ground covers.
