#1, shoot from a lower elevation. What is the purpose of the car in the background?
#2, you got the elevation for the white car...now it's the composition. Why are the two cars there? The angle doesn't show much of either of them...except that the plate is crooked and wired on the white car. Good DOF to get both cars.

Both are excellent - the composition in #1 is inspirational! I love the way the car in the background draws the vision back in towards the main subject.

I agree about the angle. No one likes looking at a parking lot. Try and find a different background or get lower to the ground to get more of the background in and less parking lot. The 2nd photo is a good angle though. Good job.
