Are you talking about the light on the other camera? If so, I believe that's a video camera with an always-on light instead of a flash from a still camera. ;) If you were talking about something else then completely ignore what I just said. But you may be talking about a part of that bull.......

Yes I was speaking of the bull. I didn't mean this to sound immature but I have probably taken over 30k shots at rodeos and have never gotten anything like this.
