f1.4 to me was super nice and years from the f1.8
I'd go for the 50 f1.4 if i had the cash
On a side note, I would love Canon to follow on Nikons 35mm f1.8G
What a nice lens and so inexpensive is silly not to have one, i had the 35mm f2 and miss it, but I think the Nikon G lens is nicer and cheaper.
I hope Canon follows
