Canon Speedlite 430 error

I was playing with my flash, and now i cant seem to get it in automatic flash coverage.

It is stuck in manual mode 14mm. I have tried to push the "zoom/flash" button, but nothing is happening, it wont even adjust from 14mm.

Is it any way of resetting the flash?
