I would second the "not at all". Welcome to the police state, please put away your camera (unless you're taking a picture of a cop rescuing a puppy)

Whether a suit for unlawful arrest would be successful--which turns on whether the police activity occurred in a state where a federal court has clearly held such arrests unlawful, and thus qualified immunity unavailable as a defense for police--was the focus of the case. However, the right to photograph (and audio record, despite Mass. state statute prohibiting it) was deemed basic.
