Hey guys, just wanted to post some pics i took at Southport air show last weekend. SOme awesome planes and pilots.

All were taken with Canon 7D and 70-200mm f/4L IS - worked a treat! Very sharp

Some nice images, I missed it this year so good to see some from the event. I have a 100-400mm lens would that have been usefull there??.

Your 100-400L would have been ideal, i think a 300mm f2.8 would have been perfect if id have had the cash, i might rent one next year just for the day :)

I had a nosey on the flickr link, there are quite a few there. I was looking to using the lens there but other things got in the way. Blackpool are having a small air show 7th Aug so I will get to that. Thanks for the info.
