EF 50mm 1.4
EF 85mm 1.8
Nikkor 20mm AIS 2.8

Pretty happy with these. They would really shine on Full Frame though, so I'm saving my pennies for a 5d.

Caleb.

Siggy's 24-70 f2.8 and 100-300 f4.

might add 12-24 as well.

if I feel artsy hipster, might mount old MF Nikkor 50 f1.2.

I have been to several weddings and events where my gear was far better than that of the pro. My stuf is listed in my signature, but here goes...

I have had the similar experience which is why I tend to take my S95 to a wedding or event where there is a paid pro, that is if I take anything other than my iphone. I never want to give the appearance of "showing up" or "showing off." As a hobbyist, I am very fortunate to be able to afford certain pleasures. Yet, I am equally happy to share my experience with my friends or fellow hobbyist and explore glass with them depending on their budget and their uses.

My lenses are in my sig though I will confess that I am completely addicted to the 135.
