Re photo. Dad used to take us there as kids along with the easel and paints and paint that view.
It hasn't changed much, just some of the land cleared at bottom slopes of mountain.
One of my more precious childhood memories.
Still have his easel. Being a farmer it was made from whatever was on hand. In this case 1/2" galvanised iron pipe joined with pipe fittings.
It was ultra strong but highly functional.
