Is that Diablo or Ross lake? I've got some pics from that area that I never labeled. I can't remember which is which.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found a map. It's Diablo Lake.

It was Diablo from the roadside lookout point.

Great forum. My first post:

Here are my favorite landscape shots.

#1 is a 3 pic panorama taken with my G3 from the Chasm Lake trail on Long's Peak. This pic has a lot of meaning to me considereing what it took to get there.

#2 looking down on Vernal Falls from the Muir Trail

Thanks for the comments! Vernal Falls in the spring time is spectacular. The view along the John Muir Trail is definitely worth the hike.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has been posting these awesome landscapes! They are my favorite type of photography, and I hope to be able to take some decent lansdcape shots someday. Your photos are inspirational and educational. I'll be studying this thread a lot!
