Third party seller.. 'Click go and buy' is the seller. I'd make sure they're an authorized dealer or no warantee

No one has answered on the web page if it comes with Canon USA warranty...it could be gray market.

Pass, sold by a third party if you read it carefully. If they aren't Canon authorized, it ain't covered by warranty, and less scrupulous companies have been known to pass off refurbish bodies as new. The direct from Canon refurbs are a much better deal.
