I love the second shot!! Not digging the last one, I think the flash is just a tad too harsh. Just my take on it.

I really like th last shot best. Agree maybe just a tad too harsh with the flash but could probably fix by removing the glare on his forehead and her temple area.

Here is my take on them. First, I dont think using a 35L for all of these shots was a great idea - too busy background, even if it is blurred out, the colors are distracting.

1. Skin tones are a bit read to me - their faces look off. If you can clone out the lady in the blue on the left of the photo, and the people on the right in red and the orange bucket, that will help a lot.

2. I like it. The tilt kinda bugs me, but it is a very cute shot.

3. Underexposed, and this time the tilt bugs me. The pier is too busy too. This would have been a perfect opportunity for a reflector. She doesnt seem to have the greatest expression in this one either.

4. Harsh flash, tilted horizon, and you cut half of his shoulder off. I would have gone a little wider to make it a stronger composition.

Thanks for the notes! I appreciate that a lot. I didn't realize until after I looked at the photos how ridiculous I was getting with the tilting, not even sure why I did that. I really didn't want to photograph them at the o-side pier, because I knew it would be extremely crowded, but that's where they met and that's where he purposed to her, so that's what they wanted. This is only my 3rd time shooting E-photos, so I'm still learning a lot about my process.

Pretty much spot on except the tilt part. Didn't really bother me all that much.

I guess I feel that I need the horizon straight especially when shooting at the ocean. Just something important to me.
