Blending several photos

I'm wanting to blend about 30+ pictures. What is the best way to do this so they all show through a bit? Would I take the one I want as the main backdrop and leave the opacity at 100 and set it lower for all the other ones? Should the others be set at anything in particular?

* I'm using CS3

What kind of images?
Do they all differ, or are (parts of) the images the same?

Explain a bit more.

It's about 30 images of flowers that I want to blend together. They are all the same original size and I will just be stacking them all on top of one another but want a little of each one to show through.

on photoshop it will work but you will probably need a pretty good pc to open 30 photos at once and organizing all of that

I think using photoshop you would use the photo merge option...

Need more info old friend...don't understand what you hope to accomplish.

I'm not familiar with everything PS 3 has compared to CS4 or CS5, but I do know you can use layers.
If you load them all into Photoshop as Layers, change the blending mode of each layer that is above your Background layer to "Lighten". That will allow the layer below each to show through, and then if you want you can adjust the opacity of each to taste.
If they all don't align for any reason, then use the Move tool
