Help!! 1dc with strange color tone~

hi,
see the images below, i never get this tone before.
the strange tone appeared after i mounted my flash and took some images (nissin Di622 mkI).

only the last pictures i noticed it has this strange tone.
so i decided to try it again w/o the flash, to see if the 1d has problems.

bam... all pictures has the bad tone.....

i tried everything i could........ and keep trying why....
finally i took out the battery (using phottix titan EP N3) and put the canon original battery back and try again...

now pictures back to normal.....
put back 3rd party battery and try, still normal.....
im scared to mount the flash back again...

so anyone has this kind of problem?
whats causing it? battery? flash? or sensor is dying?
