Thanks for the kind comments all.
Tacphotog, I must have driven towards this storm for 20 min before the highway took a turn east. Not even a drop on the windshield.

Here is another capture from a different angle (starting to drive away now) I wasn't as proud of this one for some reason but figured I would share.

very cool. drove thru many isolated showers on the i40 from Grand Canyon to LA. it was awesome

now that's ridiculous. it was pouring in one little spot. makes you wonder if it was following some unlucky fellow.
