The dreamy effect is old and overdone. If you have the original shot, keep it as it was and don't blur it. It makes it lool sloppy and out of focus imho. Also the highs from the sky, to the dress, to the fountain ledge she's sitting on is blown out. Should be pretty easy to recover if you have the original. When it comes to editing and post work, if you don't know what you're doing then less is more. Hope this helps.

The biggest thing that pops out at me is the border/vignette/dreamy effect. It looks amateurish, and would be such a stronger image without. The dress is blown a bit, and I think she is too far to the right of the image, and would have liked to see her more in a third, and she looks like she is almost cut off on the right hand side.

Bring it back to original, tweak it a little, and you will have a better image.

Thanks so much guys!! This was one of the first real shoots i ever did, before i had photoshop and knew how to use it, so most editing was done in picnik or picasa! I totally agree about the border it is very amateur!! I think I just wanted to try it out and see what it would look like on this image. I do have the original and now that I have become more proficient at photoshop I will tweek it a LITTLE and repost.
Thanks for the C&C
