The pronunciation has to do with local phonetics.

In countries where the national language pronounces "i" as the English "ee", it tends to be pronounced "Nee-kon."

Nikon USA, being an American company, pronounces it "Nigh-kon" in all their ads, and that's good enough for me.

But these are just my observations actually shooting the thing, i didnt like whip out a sharpness test chart or anything....I've kept it at f/2 85% of the time however and really liked it

I haven't played with mine as much as well. I find 1.8 on it hard to grab focus. I do like the low-light and AF on it.

yes I did, and of course I tried buying it again just a moment ago and guess what happened? the Same!!! and the amount is already deducted again

maybe there is something about the RRS website that doesn't allow me to purchase
I'll give it another try in a couple of days, I have enough CC balance to be able to do another transaction
