I would suggest at least three weeks. You lose about a day and half just traveling alone.

we wil shop in Cebu carbon market for food, veggies, meat, before we come here, bring all the ingredients , even some cooking wares, knives etc so we can have great food cooked properly with great ingredients.

not sure about Carbon,although we could go there since you know how to choose but since I don't I usually just buy stuff at SM to be a bit on the safer side hehe

2weeks is a bit short I would say... specially if Martin intends to go Palawan/Boracay/Cebu

well I think its doable. I would try to be there... but remember Sinulog Festival is on the 3rd sunday of January. maybe you guys want to be here on that date

Just remember Martin, you must be in Cebu by 3rd Sunday of January 2012 specially if you guys are interested in watching/experiencing the biggest Festival in the Philippines... happening right here in Cebu.
