Yes I would probably use it if I had nowhere else to go.

As for the pic, it looks like a bland snapshot from a cellphone camera. Not much else to say about it.

well the camera is not a p/s it is a canon eos 400d with battery grip and a 28/135 lens the light was not very good when i took it

Well, I am sorry if I was beeing a bit harsh on you. We've all been beginners at some point or another. Just keep learning and improving. :)

While you are learning, you can boost your knowledge by reading a good book. I recommend Digital Photography by Scott Kelby (vol 1, 2 and 3.)

You will def learn alot from those. I did!
