I have a few soft boxes that I used with my White Lightnings and Alien Bees. I have recently purchased the Elinchrom RQ A Flash Head kit.

I was wondering if there was some sort of speed ring or adaptor that will allow me to use those soft boxes with those heads.

Any one have any idea?

Thanks,

Larry

What brand are the boxes?
If they are alien bee...... I believe the redwing insert for Elinchrom fits.
Just measure and verify the OD before ordering.

I am curious about this too... Are the Calumet/Elinchrom/AB mounts compatible?

Calumet Genesis 200 and 400 lights are Elinchrom-compatible. That is, they accept Elinchrom mount accessories. Calumet-branded lights other than the two Genesis models have Bowens S mounts. AB is a different mount entirely and is not compatible with Elinchrom (or Calumet Genesis).
