Hi all,

We've had a very busy nesting season here and haven't been on the forum much, but we're back again now with another assortment of recent shots from the backyard...
Our juvie Hummingbirds are here again:

And we have some juvie Mourning Doves now too:

The Goldfinches are as yellow as they get here and we hope for some butterscotch babies from them soon:

This is our mother Cardinal... she's had 3 nests this year:

Our Chickadees also had lots of babies this season:

And of course we've got numerous fledgling Bluebirds...the older ones showing lots of rust now as they begin moulting into their adult plumage:

Our Blues just fledged their fourth nest of the season btw, so we have five new baby Blues in the tall trees right now. We hope to be back soon with some homecoming shots of that last brood soon.

And we hope you enjoy these,

Kenn

Always enjoy your backyard beauties Kenn... lovely shots as usual... looks like you are having a good summer... all is well in the northland and the warblers will soon be headed your way.
