_MY_ First "Another Boring Rainbow" Set

Ladies & Gents - Just asking for some C/C and comments on how to process these. What I did is lower the exposure in LR3 which seemed to bring out the colors. All shot in RAW with a CPF dialed to show the most rainbow.

It was an unbelievable scene that evening with the full rainbow, end-to-end, stretched across the sky -- I couldn't fit it in the 24-105 on my T1i!

The first one works well. The second is a good shot, but the vignette doesn't appeal to me - I'm guessing you accentuated it, otherwise perhaps you had the lens wide open. The third one is a decent composition, but is way overprocessed to my eye. Nature is beautiful enough and doesn't need so much assistance. Just my opinions, but you asked for them. Keep at it!

Thanks for the suggestions Madweasel. I agree with you completely about #3. I must have gone all Phantom-of-the-Opera in LR3. Perhaps something along these lines works better (ps - not sure what's going on with the splotchy trees - it was raining so that had something to do with the blurring):
