Took these not too long ago. I like how they turned out for the most part. What do you all think?

This is a crop of the third photo. Took the shot from just under a mile away and it turned out amazingly crisp. Can see the people up in the needle and everything!

I like them. Quality is great and the flag on top of the building stands out.

I like the first shot the best. It really emphasizes the contrast between the interesting architectural design of the space needle compared to the classic sky scraper skyline. It tells you that this is Seattle, not Boston, New York, Los Angeles, or Chicago.

Thank you! :) I love Seattle! Corey, I agree. Seattle stands out so much and it is completely different than other major cities here in the US.

Nice pictures. Very crisp crop! I'm guessing that you used the 55-250mm? I was thinking of buying that lens. This will be my first lens purchase, just wondering what your thoughts are on it?

Thank you!

The build quality of the lens feels a little cheap, but that is normal with any kit lens. If you can get past that, it is a pretty decent lens to add to a starting kit. It maintains sharpness all the way up to the max 250mm which is a big plus (as you can see with my Space Needle crop above). I assume that you have an APS-C crop camera if you are thinking about getting this lens, right?
