Birding ID Challenge more than a good photo.

Horrible photo but hoping the experts can help with this warbler ID. It is not a BlackThroated Green Warbler. Don't think it was a Blackpoll. I believe it is a Bay Breasted. Location is northern Michigan. 11-Aug.

Thoughts?

I have a thought, but not on the ID, that is way to toughh, but my thought is to crank your ise up to at least 400 and keep it there so you get better than a 250 shutter speed. : )
