Did retailers raise the prices on the eligible rebate items? I've been waiting a while for these rebates so I could finally pick up another 580EX II for my wireless setup. I could have sworn B&H had them listed for $429.99 after $50 instant rebate on Aug. 7th when the discounts were first announced. I go back today to place my order and they're $449.99 after the $50 discount. Every other place I've checked lists them for $449.99 too.
Did the online retailers bump the 580EX II prices up to compensate for the instant rebates or was that $429.99 price I saw at B&H last week just a dream?
