Has anyone else had the experience of printing a canvas print, which comes out of the machine perfect, but on giving it a protective lacquer spray finding an obvious imperfection such as a grayish mark about the size of a fingernail? This has happened to us twice, the second time on a reasonably large print that looks like being a writeoff.
Having now read that laquer can also crack on rolling or handling the print so we're rapidly losing confidence in using sprays. We use Epson satin canvas, is this a reasonably common problem with canvas or are we doing something wrong?
Any guideance much appreciated, we haven't done that many prints and to have two faulty already is a worry. Epson printer (9890pro) and original Epson inks used.
