Maybe you'll get a refund AND a camera body. Joke's on you, ***********!

Let's just say, judging by the way he's been acting... I'm not going to hold my breath waiting on the camera unless he can provide some type of tracking... After this long, I'm certainly not going to accept an, "I shipped it today" unless it's accompanied by a tracking number.

wow I hope PayPal comes through for you Nick, that's really messed up on that 60D seller. Makes me wanna kick him and give bad feedback. D:

--beauty dish arrives home tonight, but I'm still deciding on a softbox. For some reason, people shun to death the alienbees as far as anything in the forums...so weird. D:

I'm hoping either PayPal or the seller comes through. Would prefer to come home to a USPS notice in my mailbox or FedEx/UPS notice on the door... but like I said before, not really holding my breath.

Not sure I'll have to check. What does it do? I used the factory reset button in the menu to reset it to the way I used it when I first got it and tried LE shots.

On page 254 of the manual. C-Fn II-1
Also, per page 51 of the manual, resetting to factory defaults will leave your custom functions and settings unchanged.

Well.... just got this PM from the member who sold me a 60D on 9/17/11 (name deleted in accordance with POTN rules of not publicly flaming scammers or possible scammers)

On my end... Nothing has come... hopefully this means he actually shipped something. He still refuses to give me any kind of tracking, so I don't know if this is a ploy or what? Ugh... Either way, PayPal should be refunding my money on/around 10/4 unless he supplies them with some kind of proof of shipment/delivery.

That is SO weird. ??? You said he has feedback here already?

Yeah... mostly small stuff, but he did sell a 430EX & Sigma 10-20 to the same guy... So that was a high-dollar transaction.

Okay mikey. Lol.

On a more serious note. I'm very unhappy with this Tammy as a landscape lens. It is extremely soft. I just got hit with bad news, today, as well. There will be no Tokie in my near future. I'm very bummed.

What I can do, though, is post some spectacularly ****ty photographs and drink beer. Time to get started.

That's odd... It's supposed to be pretty sharp. Could you exchange it for another copy?

This was gotten used in exchange for my T3 kit. The shop owner here doesn't have a machine, either.

I may just be fugging things up, on my end. This lens is supposed to be it's sharpest at 5.0. I went out, focused to hyperfocal distance at 5.0... All of my images are as soft as butter.

/throws hands up in air.

I've taken some very sharp shots, with this lens. But, they were usually at 2.8. This is why I'm confused. This lens is supposed to be softer at 2.8 than 5.0.... Okay. More beers and photoshop.

Why can't I tell that I oversharpened an image until I post it? Rhetorical question.
