They all look pretty nice to me Jaychan, only thing I noticed is the horizon looks a little crooked on some, but the colors and sharpness look travel brochure worthy!

Thanks... I know where is the problem already.. next time I will use finer brush

Yup, last one gets my vote!

9 shot HDR panorama @ 10mm portrait position with 2 Lee ND grads

Only 4 hours to process. :)

Too bad this forum is pathetic when it comes to posting large images.

This thing puts medium format shots to shame in terms of resolution. :)

thanks guys!

it was 60D + 100mm L + kenko 1.4x tc + kenko 12mm et, whilst 30mm et can give me a bigger magnification (IF i can get that close) lens won't be able to focus beyond about 20cm from subject, so can be a bit hard to work with, whereas with the 12mm i have about 1m

i have my 580exii flash mounted on a "c" bracket with a soft box for lighting

Where was this at? I was flying in an airplane today and saw something like this somewhere between Missouri and Minnesota.

Edit: Nevermind. Germany. lol I was trippin out thinking that I had seen the same thing from an airplane that you photographed.

Sorry for delay, been busy,

It was in North Dakota, North Eastern part of the state. Time was 3:04 Oct. 24th. I sent the pics into the National Weather Service and they reported back it is a Pyrocumulus cloud with characteristics of a fire tornado as you can see in the one picture and want to use the pics for an article.

Some fantastic shots here. I love looking through all these posts on the forum.

I need some further advice. I'm looking to purchase a wide angle lens now, to complement my 60d. I have the 50mm f/1.4 but need more image real estate.

The three main ones I've come across are, in price order, these:

Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC HSM - around £400
Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 - around £570
Canon EF 10-22mm F/3.5-4.5 USM - around £640

Can anyone give me some opinions on these? I've looked through the lens test forums at all three, but to be honest, to my--as yet--untrained eye, I don't notice too much difference in the quality. What I have read is that the Sigma could be prone to problems around image softness etc.

Thanks :)

Do you have anything besides the 50/1.4?
