First of all, I always make logos in Adobe Illustrator, a vector graphics software. Then copy or paste to photoshop if you're using photoshop. Or you can export it as png-24 transparent, open in photoshop and copy paste. Or in Lightroom, edit watermarks on export. then browse png or jpeg. Locate your logo and that's it, it's gonna be like a watermark.

Why I make logos in illustrator?
Because it's a vector graphics. Vector graphics stays sharp no matter how many times you'll enlarge it. It's not a bitmap graphics like a digital photos.

hope it helps...

Why not bounce the on camera flash if your looking for off camera light? Very easy to do and the effect is very nice! Use tin foil as a reflector or even a white wall. Heck I have also used orange walls and it turns out well.

If you look at the EXIF for that picture the flash didn't fire. I didn't use it for that picture as I just used that side lamp for it. I wanted that one to be ambient light. I know to bounce though just didn't use it for that shot!

i'm supposed to have the same question too, if your speedlight fires? Looking at the picture, looks not. But maybe you fired it to the least amount just to add some specular highlights.

nice shot... i will try one tonight.

if you want a nice reflection, you can place a flexiglass on top of that block table.
