Well, we're well below the tree line. Good suggestion, I'll try to stay near water. It is full of lakes, so that should make it somewhat easier.

i think the rule is the same for the best light of the day, the hour of sunrise and sunset. thats when we see them here.

I have both CS5 and LR3. I think I screwed myself by learning CS5, first. I'm totally lost, with LR3.

LR3 is way easier than CS5. You only have sliders to move! Go into the ''Devellop'' module and play around with those sliders. They make magic ;)

it has to be a great app...it's on an apple! ;)

i did the same thing tho. i learned DPP, then photoshop elements before getting lightroom. once i spent a little time with it lightroom, plus reading and watching videos, and asking rivest about watermarks, it's so fast and simple and great. it is now the only thing i use.

Watermarks is a whole other story, I gave up on that a while ago. I tried!!!! :(
