Watermarks is a whole other story, I gave up on that a while ago. I tried!!!! :(

watermarks are really quick and easy in lightroom. it's part of the export, which i just learned from rivest 2 days ago.

Well, Mancry, you'll be happy to know that I now agree with you on the stars thing. I took about 9 shots all at f8 and 800, 1600, 3200 ISO at 10, 20, and 30s each. The best shot I got was at 3200, 10sec.

It's looking like a wider aperture might help, as well. Thanks for making me do this test :P One of these days, I won't be such a noob. Not gonna post the pics as they were pretty OOF.

Need help with Hawk Photo

Can someone tell me what setting to use to photograph a hawk in the trees. I've been trying to get a photo of the hawk that hangs out in the trees in my backyard, but my camera is focusing on the leaves (It's always got a few leaves in front of it) and not the hawk.

I would use a center AF to focus on the hawk maybe with a shutter speed at 1/250 to kinda keep him in focus with no movement blurs? What lens are you using too? :o

you could also take the lens off auto-focus, turn off the IS if it has it, and manually focus the lens. live-view will help you focus as well, since you can zoom in with live-view.
