The spot on her right arm pit is distracting IMO. Otherwise very nice.

Agreed. Gotta be real careful shooting armpits, especially if there's a mole or something in there. Healing brush or spot healing brush would take care of it nicely.

Be a little careful about having fingers spread apart as it's generally not as graceful, and also about having an arm just stick out the top of the frame.

I can't add much new, but do watch cutting off fingers with framing, and distractions (blemishes). I think this photo can be lightened up a bit, and maybe brighten her eyes a tad. Yes bit and tad are quite technical... :-)
