Just because something is possible doesn't necessarily make it a good idea. I'm truly puzzled over this one; why would anyone pay $250 for this?

You do it because you know there are enough gullible people out there who without knowing the dynamics involved, would/will be convinced that being able to add an slr lens to their iphone gives them some of the same ability as a more expensive DSLR, without realizing you are effectively shooting through 2 lenses, 1 much worse than the other... EOS 6d, 7dMKII, Tokina 11-16, Tokina 16-28, Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8, Sigma 17-50 F/2.8, Canon 24-70mm F/2.8L, Canon 70-200 F/2.8L, Mixed Speedlites and other stuff.

Minimal size in the bag for being able to sends tweets/FB posts or other social media instant online updates. $250 would be easily worth it for a working Pro (or the employer) that covers events or has a hardcore 'following' in social media.
