Great blue herons are frequent visitors, but for the first time in the 6 years I've been watching the pond we had a pair of green herons. One of them flew near to where I had my 7D set up with the 100-400 lens, and this is one of the better shots. It's not as sharp as I would prefer, but in my excitement to get the shot, I had a little motion blur.  EOS R | EOS 7D
