Finally made the time to do some tests. I did a few battery tests and the outer points are consistently off. These are the ones I decided to do a screen capture of. Should I send it to Sigma at this point or should I do further testing to rule out user error. Thanks guys. :)

Other points are fine too. New test.. looks good. All tests on tripod w/ OS off and remote trigger and using spot AF btw. Maybe it was a fluke.

I don't really believe in testing a lens on a tripod with MLU enabled, using a remote trigger, and all that jazz. To me, a more accurate way to test a lens is to test it with the same conditions that I will use it. That is, with my Sigma 30 f1.4, I tested it handheld @f1.4 using all focus points on my 60d, in lowlight. I only got consistent results using the center focus point. All other focus points were consistently inconsistent. I thought of using the "recommended" way of testing it (tripod, etc) to eliminate another variable (me). I didn't. I sent it to Sigma knowing I'll never be satisfied with it unless I do. They replaced the barrel, got it back in less than a week. Now it's perfect on all focus points @f1.4, handheld, in lowlight. When in doubt, send it to Sigma.

It doesn't look like you need to though.

I've had the lens since February and have been using it normally since then just shooting. Haven't really thought it needed any calibration or anything. With all the test charts and pixel peeping that goes on around here, I thought I should "properly test" the lens. In doing so, I saw a few shots that "missed" and thought "oh no!" heh.
