Did you see the last thread regarding this deal?

Several people ordered them at $14.99 from DBRoth and then had their orders cancelled a day or two later. A few of us complained and Amazon was nice enough to offer a credit that reduced their normal price down to $14.99.

Anyway, I ordered three more for gifts. If the order gets cancelled, I won't complain this time! If it doesn't I'll have some nice inexpensive birthday gifts for friends. (I would never give one to someone who wasn't already familiar with Gorillapods. Anyone else would be likely to faint when they saw what was in the package.)

Replacing my Canon 7D, Tokina 12-24mm, Canon 17-55mm, Sigma 30mm f/1.4, 85mm f/1.4, and 150-500mm with a Panasonic Lumix FZ1000. I still have the 17-55 and the 30 available for sale.

Last time it went back and forth in price several times. If you want one for $14.99, keep an eye on the site and be prepared to make a phone call to Amazon.

I'll be expecting my cancellation message soon.

The way it worked last time, we had to place the order while it was listed at $14.99. Then, when Amazon cancelled the order, we called to complain and a few of us were able to get a $25 credit.

If I get three (I doubt if I will), I'll be happy to sell you one for $14.99.

Showing $30.00 for me ($38.00 less an $8.00 credit).

I'll be checking back.

Missed this the first time around - thanks for the tip!

Now that's interesting. It seems like everyone else had their order cancelled. Is there any chance that yours is a phony? Weird that this one vendor would have them for so much less.
