I know this thread has been discussed before. Typically what was mentioned is that under PS, do a Save for Web command to strip off the EXIF info.

I've tried another method and it goes like this:

1. Open the image file

2. Create a new image. A New popup window appears

3. With the popup window still open, click on Window menu, select the opened image file

4. PS will automatically grab the width/height info of the new image based on the opened image

5. Select the image. Press V to select move. While holding down the shift key, click-and-drag the image onto the empty document

6. Control-E to merge the 2 layers

7. Save the new document as required

With the above steps, how can I go about creating an Action to automate batch-processing? I've tried to record the above action but doesn't seem to work (although for single image, it works nicely)

Any tips?

I tried it about 4 different times, and each time I get something that is not available - such as "merge command not available".

Very Frustrating!
