Need Luggage-type camera bag recomendations

Hey guys,
I'm sure this has come up a million times, and after a few searches it seems I can't find EXACTLY what I want...so here it is. I travel for work but always kick myself when I land in places that I would LOVE to have my camera, so it's time to make a purchase. Here is what I am looking for.

OPTION A.) a Luggage type hard case that could hold my camera gear AND my clothes.

OPTION B.) a Luggage type hard case that could hold my camera gear AND 2 laptops + cables.

in option a, i'd check the bag, then still have my carry on (work / personal laptop / notes / work related items). in option b, i'd carry it on, but then check my clothes. Either will work, but I don't know what is out there on the market so i'm not exactly sure what is easier to find and more cost effective.

I've seen the Pelican 1514, and that looks like it may be a contestant, does anyone else have any other recommendations?

TSA would open it, it is stated not to lock liggage

I wouldn't check camera or laptop gear, but ThinkTank has two carry-on sized rollers, the Airport Takeoff and the Airport International, that hold a goodly amount of gear and can take one laptop in a separate pocket. I'd suggest carrying the second laptop in a smaller bag as your "Personal Item". Worst case, they will make you check it at the gate, minimizing the time it's vulnerable.

If you use a TSA-approved lock at least TSA and HMCS (UK) can unlock the bag rather than cutting the lock with their master keys, while (supposedly) others can't.

We use Lowepro proroller 200. They have built in TSA locks so you can lock them if needed. BUT, I would NEVER check a bag full of bodies, lenses, and laptop. NOT. If someone challenges the bag's weight, take out a body and the heavest lens. After checkin, put the equipment back in the bag.

How much equipment are you carrying? I use a pelican 1510 to carry most of my equipment when I am on a job. I carry a messenger bag with body and two lens and associated extras along with a laptop and iPad when traveling for work or fun. I also have a backpack when it might be a lot of hiking. I traveled this year a little or 100,000 miles the last two years so I do travel a lot. Just got better at packing what I needed in the right bag

Could i have a 'over the shoulder' bag for 1 laptop, and have the 'pelican style' case for other laptop + camera gear?

i'd probably see if i could fit a light stand / manual flash / small umbrella in my actual luggage, but figure i'm going to be on the beach so i'd like to have some ocf stuff with me.

I use a Think Tank Airport International and can fit all you list and more. Only issue is that it does get heavy
