Found this beautiful dragonfly a couple weeks ago when I got off work, around 2am. It was very sluggish... and happily climbed onto my hand (probably wanted the warmth). She didn't want to get off but reluctantly climbed onto the corner of my nightstand so I could get a few snapshots. Eventually she made one last wing flutter and died, it was actually pretty depressing considering it's just a bug. Oh well, onto the pics

Sad story, but nice shots. It must be getting cold in Germany.

Great captures, its sad, but, for a few moments that bug was a star with its very own photographer, thanks for sharing. Oh it gets cold in Germany, I've seen water puddles freeze overnight in July.:D :D :D

Yes Leo, it's starting to get a little cold. I'm from near Chicago, the temperatures here pretty much mirror those back home for about 80% of the year.

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it :D
