More Humpback Whales Feeding

These photos were taken by my mother on 8/13/11. I video taped the whales during this trip because my father came with us and he wanted to use my still camera. The whales were absolutely amazing on this trip. They were cooperatively feeding in large groups throughout the day. It was hard to keep of track of which whale was in which group because they were constantly moving around, but it definitely made for one of our best days out on the water!

Many excellent series. I'm very envious. We photographed humpbacks off of Grand Mand Island, in the Bay of Fundy. lsat month but didn't get to see this feeding action.
