Jumping Spider(New to this forum, and new to MACRO!!!)

Have a lot to learn from all of you macro masters here!
Pls brutally criticize my pics!

It's now 30degrees in Hong Kong everyday
shooting macro is so tiring!!!!

1. explore the bushes
2. find some insects or spiders
3. take out camera...lens...flash.​..
4. look into vf, move your body back and forth for a good focus
5. hold your breath
6. press the shutter...
And then the picture is screwed!!!

repeat and repeat again until the critter and your body muscles co-operate at once...
b4 I got a OK pic, i was already soaked in sweat!!!!

HELL! I actually wanted to give up shooting macro after my first try!!!!
but nonetheless, having one OK pic is very rewarding

(Pic taken with 400D, full set of kenko tubes, a pentax 50mm lens reversed with duct tape....btw...can anyone figure out the magnification for me?)
