I have searched this topic to death and am admitting defeat. My new Pro9000 Mark II does not have a profile for Canon's Photo Paper Plus Glossy II. I have downloaded and installed the current driver set, ver. 2.29, from the Canon site about 5 times now, rebooted, and still am not getting a profile for that paper. Nor can I find where I would get the file online.

My machine is Win7, 64 bit.

Can anyone lend me a hand with this? It's driving me crazy! :p

Thanks,
Michelle

Nevermind. I think I got it. If I scroll down, I need to select the driver that ends with ...TMA0 and that should be Glossy II!

I feel your pain...glad you got it sorted...personally almost the same thing did my head in for quite a while (counseling worked).
There seems to be some crazy icc names for paper types which I just can't quite seem to fathom..

Thanks! After messing around with it for hours, I still don't think I have the correct profile for Photo Paper Plus Glossy II. It would not be a huge problem, except I have a big box of that paper that I want to use! I emailed Canon's customer support and will see what they say to use, then I'll post back on the thread if there's something useful that comes of it.

According to Canon, the "glossy&gold" description shown above with the <GL> tag is indeed the correct paper to use.
