I can't comment on the shipping but I'll put in my two cents - I got a 60D meike grip off of amazon and it came relatively quickly. For the price, it was very good build quality. The only fallouts were that it didn't have a real rubber grip, obvious lack of weather sealing, and lack of weight/build quality to it. But for $30, who cares. I got a genuine Canon grip for my 60D a month or two ago, but I still keep the meike grip as a backup.

I haves the one you linked to. No LCD. I believe the ones with LCD have intervalometers so you can do time lapse.

Like my Meike grip I got off eBay for $40 for my T3i. Functions normally and no real issues with it aside from some minor build quality issues.
