I took a picture of my girlfriend the other time when we were at the Zoo...I got bored so I decided to edit it. Any critics?

Here's the before and after.

I like the edit more, as here face is better lit. but you've overdone the eyes a bit for my taste.

I think I like the color of the first one but it's a little too dark and it's definitely out of focus.

white balance seems off to me... im not pro but i would just bump up the exposure in the first one but it does seem kinda oof. Also i dont know if you edited the eyes but i think you may have made the whites too white in the edit...

but what do i know.... seriously lol

both seem off color temp wise. and its hard to see detail in a small sample image. but they do look dark to me as well

It did need to be brightened from the 1st one, but the edit is definitely off in color balance. It may be the look you are going for, but the yellow tint is visible in her teeth and the eyes are a tad overdone. Sharpening and whitening the eyes looks goofy when you don't apply similar treatment to the other features of the face (ie parts of the nose, smile, eyebrows etc). Just my $0.02
