Departing train

This is the Super Hakucho in Japan, going from Aomori to Sapporo
IMO, this is one of the best looking trains if not the best.

Are we looking at the front or the back of this? I'm not that familiar with Japanese trains. Do you have any other shots of it?

It's a pretty interesting shot, but I'd crop out the pole an the left side.

Woolburr, It's the back of the train, but both ends look the same! I've got a few more pictures of it, but are all from the same angle. Japanese trains only stop for a very brief time, didn't hv time to run around to take pics from diff angles.

PhotosGuy, thanks for your comment. Yes, the pole is quite distracting, really should've stepped one step forward to avoid the pole!

Thanks for the explanation. Maybe one of these days you will catch one in a compromising position and get a shot!
