How did the hurricane affect you?.. and nice stones

We did OK, most of the damage seemed to be upstate NYish, I hope JohnBDigital is OK.

Sep 01, 2011 07:30 | #19 I lost power from before dawn until about 3:00 PM Sunday afternoon. Mostly wind here and some rain. No damage that I saw. So I guess I was luckier than John. We were on the western egde of the storm. Barbara

Yea I have a generator but it wasn't working too well. We were able to get it to run enough to preserve our food, but not our water pumps or heaters.
