I know, and I've been replacing them. Does electrolyte loss have anything to do with tense muscles though?

Not really. Some people when they push themselves can get muscle spasms, tensing up. Best thing you can do is get a massage done. If not, you can have a hot shower to loosen up the muscles.

Didn't think so, that's why I was asking.

I just keep stretching, it's getting a little better but it still hurts. :/

I don't think so. It sounds lilke you pushed yourself on the ride today. Take some pain relievers like Tylenol or Advil. Then rest for recovery. It's what happens to me when I pushed my body too hard. One day, I went to the gym to work on legs, then went for a ride, and played b-ball that evening. I have never felt so much pain after that day!

Best place for me to see the milky way is when I go up to the in-laws & other family members in the middle of nowhere, NY. The nearest city is Montreal, 2 hrs away. The other 2 best places to see the milkyway in the US for me, is by the Grand Canyon, and the White Mountains (NH). Light pollution is almost zero.

Hot bath in a tub, ot jacuzzi is best....i always enjoy good Japanese bath at the Japanese golf place in Holiday Hills in the Philippines...funny coming in to the club house in the last flight, they have lights on the 18 th hole, you see the second floor of the club house, the bath area lighted in the dusk with 100 naked men waliking cleansing before soaking, this club there are tea houses evry 3 rd tee...you can oder sushi right there in between tee shots...caddies, girls/ women have pink uniforms like those worn in Japan clubs.

Yeah, I've had my shoulders be sore on long rides before, but nothing like this.

If you know your going for a really tough ride take some ibuprofens before the ride and another at the half way point. That has been a tip ive seen given a lot for the century that im training for.

If you do ride tomorrow, cut your mileage down. :)
