Could always eat a Banana. Potassium is good for cramping muscles :D

I usually eat two before I ride. A cup of coffee before the ride helps to open up your lungs to breath easier. ;)

Movie Any given sunday is on tv. So much for uncharted

Watching Around the League. Ugh. Foster tweaked his hamstring. :(

Not really. Some people when they push themselves can get muscle spasms, tensing up. Best thing you can do is get a massage done. If not, you can have a hot shower to loosen up the muscles.

Hot shower and some advil tonight, Nick.

If you know your going for a really tough ride take some ibuprofens before the ride and another at the half way point. That has been a tip ive seen given a lot for the century that im training for.

Oh that is a good idea.

If you do ride tomorrow, cut your mileage down. :)

Of course... Last Sunday I went for about 28 miles, 50 today, if I can just get for an hour or so tomorrow I should be good.
